Oxera is named the top economics consultancy in the world for Antitrust Litigation and Government Investigations in the 16th edition of the annual Global Competition Review guide to the world’s leading competition law and economics practices. In 2015 we advised on 47 antitrust litigation cases—more than any other economics consultancy. 

We also worked on 31 government investigations, which places us joint first.

These rankings reflect Oxera’s prominence in the industry following another year of high-profile cases. We acted in antitrust litigation cases for Skyscanner, Air Cargo and MasterCard; were involved in market investigations and studies initiated by both the Competition and Markets Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK; and advised on three important Phase II merger deals.

We plan to build on this activity in antitrust litigation cases and government investigations in 2016, alongside our work in mergers & acquisitions and state aid.
