We are delighted to announce that Paula Stillman has been promoted to Principal, Business Support, and Head of Resourcing.

Paula joined Oxera in 2004 as a Personnel Assistant, and over the past 15 years has grown to be an invaluable senior manager of the HR team, having played a significant role in shaping the function during her time with the firm.

Paula was key to setting up much of Oxera’s day-to-day HR operations and more recently shaping them for our pan-European business. She has been integral to establishing effective recruitment channels for both graduates and experienced hires across those markets. Paula co-designed and delivers our people management training programme and runs our internal development centre, working effectively with her colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

Most recently, she has been seconded to a new, temporary, role, to update and redesign our resource management systems. As Head of Resourcing, her focus is on managing our talent pool to provide the best, handpicked, teams for each piece of work we undertake, depending on the specific client and project requirements.
