Dorian advises clients on competition economics, litigation/arbitration, data analysis, and regulatory issues. He joined Oxera’s Paris office in 2021 after working for seven years as a Senior Manager at MAPP–KPMG in Paris.
Dorian has worked on projects covering a wide range of industries (retail, telecoms, transport, consumer goods, healthcare, and media and digital) and topics (merger simulation, price optimisation, cost allocation, damages quantification, abuse of dominance, state aid, cartels, and policy evaluation). His reports have been submitted to the French Competition Authority, the Paris court of appeal, the European Commission, the ICC court of arbitration, CSA and ART.
Dorian holds a PhD in Economic Theory from the Paris School of Economics. His PhD dissertation won the Aguirre-Basualdo prize from the Chancellerie des Universités de Paris in 2015.
