Tom joined Oxera in 2019, having previously worked as an Intern in 2018 before completing his MSc at Exeter University. During his studies he specialised in microeconomics, industrial organisation and behavioural economics. He is part of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design team, with a particular focus on the economics of the financial services sector. Tom also has experience in competition-related litigation cases across a range of sectors.
