In discussion: collective antitrust litigation cases

On Tuesday 11 October 2022 we held a Europe-wide online and in-person discussion on collective litigation.

With the UK and EU collective litigation regimes continuing to mature, we focused on exploring the main developments and asked what we can learn from recent cases. Our speakers and audience from across Europe joined together online in groups based in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Milan and Paris to share their experiences and views from a pan-European perspective. The discussions then continued in each location.
