Quantum seminar for arbitrators and counsel: latest insights from recent cases and academia

We have now reached full capacity for our quantum seminar, designed to assist arbitrators and counsel on finance issues in the context of damages assessments.

Our experts will discuss topical issues that have surfaced in recent damages cases, and Christoph Kaserer, Professor of Finance at TUM, will present empirical evidence on Discounted Cash Flow and Multiples-based approaches.

We will provide a teach-in session on commonly used valuation approaches, followed by a discussion on pros and cons of Discounted Cash Flow and Multiples-based approaches. We will share case studies to explore consistency between alternative approaches, and discuss issues such as choice of valuation date and interest in the context of the case studies.
