Governance and ownership of payments systems infrastructure
This report considers the long-term sustainability of potential governance and ownership models from the perspective of the company as well as a wider set of stakeholders than the current shareholders and customers. The report provides evidence as an input into the Payment Systems Regulator’s (PSR) market review of the ownership and competitiveness of infrastructure provision.[1]
