Andrew Judt : Partner and Chief Operating Officer

Andy is Oxera’s joint COO, responsible for the firm’s infrastructure, operations and business planning. He also heads up our organisational effectiveness, risk, management information and firm-wide change programmes. He leads the firm’s Business Support services, with specialist responsibility for finance, information technology and legal.

He is a qualified accountant, with CFO and senior finance experience across the consultancy, technology, media and financial services sectors. Andy trained and became audit manager at the Mazars Group, after which he moved into senior finance positions at RBS (Insurance Division), Towry PLC (Financial Planning and Wealth Management), Teletrax (IP Protection), Medialink (PR and Communications) and, most recently, CEB Inc. (Best Practice and Technology).

Andy has led a number of strategic initiatives to help facilitate growth while undertaking projects to strengthen underlying business performance. He has significant business transformation, process improvement and system implementation experience, and has worked on a number of company acquisitions from both a finance and an operational perspective. He has also led the investor relations efforts for a listed company, while spending time running some of the operational areas of various businesses.

As well as working in larger corporate environments, Andy had co-founded, developed and provided strategic direction for start-up companies, and helped establish a number of joint ventures.
