Antonio Forcina : Senior Consultant

Antonio is a member of Oxera’s Finance and Valuation team. He specialises in regulatory finance, valuation and damage estimation. In particular, he has experience in working on various aspects of the Italian transport and energy regulation, as well as UK water and energy regulation. He has advised various clients on the cost of capital estimation and financial modelling in a number of due diligence cases regarding regulated assets, and he has advised companies and law firms on valuation issues in litigations and international arbitrations.

Antonio regularly delivers sessions at Oxera’s Utility Finance course held in Italy, as well as ad hoc workshops for clients. Before joining Oxera in 2018, Antonio studied economics and finance at the University of Siena and the University of Durham.
