Dr Charlotte Lucke : Analyst

Charlotte is a member of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design team. She has worked primarily on energy regulation, with a focus on real price effects.

Prior to joining Oxera, Charlotte completed her PhD in Economics with a focus on applied Labour Economics, investigating a recent labour market reform in Belgium, labour market and health inequality developments in Sweden and evaluating methods for estimating the child penalty.
