Kaushani Maitra : Analyst

Kaushani is a member of Oxera’s Finance and Valuation team. She has worked on regulatory finance and state aid cases, with a focus on financial modelling, profitability and quantitative analysis. Her work spans multiple sectors, including energy, water, transport and sports.

Before joining Oxera, Kaushani worked as a private equity research analyst. She has also completed multiple internships, including a Portfolio Analysis internship at an Indian infrastructure development fund.

Kaushani holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESADE Business School. Her Master’s thesis was on private equity transactions in the hospitality sector. She completed her undergraduate degree in Economics at Symbiosis International University in India.

Kaushani speaks English, Hindi, and Bengali.
