Max Schlosser : Senior Consultant

Max is a senior member of Oxera’s Competition team. He specialises in applying economic theory and econometric techniques to competition and regulatory matters. His expertise spans merger control filings, antitrust proceedings and litigation cases across a range of sectors and jurisdictions.

Max has considerable experience in merger cases, having advised clients in transactions before the European Commission, the German Bundeskartellamt (BKartA) and other national competition authorities across Europe. He has also advised clients in the context of antitrust investigations under Articles 101 and 102 TFEU in multiple jurisdictions. Max has significant experience in econometric techniques and the estimation of damages in complex litigation cases.

Prior to joining Oxera, Max worked at another leading economics consulting firm. He holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, with a focus on competition and regulatory economics.
