Robert Edwards : Consultant

Rob is a member of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design team. He also contributes to Oxera’s behavioural economics practice and Oxera’s Competition team. His work spans a wide range of sectors including energy, financial services, telecoms, transport and water.

Rob has particular expertise in pricing and incentive design, and the interactions with competition and regulation. He has delivered training on pricing and behavioural economics for a range of audiences, including presenting at Oxera’s bi-annual Utility Regulation and Finance course.

Rob holds a PhD in Economics, which explored the impact of consumers’ behavioural biases on market competition, pricing and regulation. Rob joined Oxera from academia, where he delivered a variety of courses in Industrial Economics, presented at international conferences, and published papers in academic journals on pricing and regulation.
