Tom Davies : Senior Consultant

Tom is part of Oxera’s Regulation and Market Design team, and has a particular focus on the economics of the financial services sector.

He advises firms and regulators on a broad spectrum of regulatory and market design questions, including in conduct risk, impact assessments and competition economics matters.

Tom leads Oxera’s training courses with UK Finance on Consumer Duty.

He also has experience leading competition-related litigation cases and market investigations, working on expert analysis across a range of sectors.

Tom joined Oxera in 2019, after completing his MSc Economics (where he specialised in microeconomics, industrial organisation and behavioural economics).
