Wiktor Woszczek : Consultant

Wiktor is a member of Oxera’s Regulation & Market Design team. He specialises in public policy and impact assessment with a focus on financial services and transport. Wiktor has extensive experience advising a broad range of clients on issues including regulatory reviews, policy design, impact assessment, market studies, and competition litigation.

Prior to joining Oxera in November 2023, he worked at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an economist, conducting cost–benefit analyses of wholesale market policies, and advising FCA senior management on financial stability. Wiktor also worked at Cornerstone Research, where he conducted economic and financial analysis for a range of clients in litigation, international arbitration, and competition cases.
